Allen Modern Apartments

My husband and I visited Allen yesterday for a tour. The building is very nice, with an impressive industrial style that we really like. Nathan, the Leasing Director, was very professional, passionate, and polite. He explained everything clearly and was very respectful during the tour. His great attitude made us feel even more positive about Allen. We have toured many luxury rental buildings in New Rochelle, and I have to say Nathan is the best leasing person we have met so far. We will definitely consider Allen.

My experience with The Allen was exceptional from beginning to end. It was a pleasure seeing Ricky again, which immediately set a welcoming and professional tone. The front desk team, Crystal and Brennan, were gracious, attentive, and made the building feel warm and well managed from the moment I arrived. Nathan provided a seamless and informative tour, taking the time to answer all of my questions and thoughtfully walk me through the property. The building itself is immaculate, modern, and clearly maintained to a very high standard. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in creating a first-class experience.
