Really enjoyed living here! The rooms were very spacious, my view was incredible. Teneisha made the move-in process easy and the amenities were excellent. Between the gym, pool, virtual golf, I could spend the whole day indoors and not be bored.

Update: the leasing office reached out and went through the camera footage to look for the package. It’s still not located yet, but they offered solution. One of my packages I should’ve received went missing a year ago. Now a return package I left with the front desk for USPS pickup went missing again. On 1/4, I left a package with the front desk that was scheduled for USPS pickup on 1/5. The staff at front desk that day said he was new and was unfamiliar with the workflow, so I provided detailed notes along with the package, including the scheduled pickup date, the USPS confirmation number, my name, and my apartment address. He placed the package on top of the desk and confirmed it was okay. When I checked the USPS tracking today (a week later), it still shows that the package is await

3THIRTY3 presents itself as a top tier luxury skyscraper and it is top notch. From the heated pool and sauna that's available year round to the other same floor amenities, it's perfect. All I can say is walk-in closets -- soo much space and the price seems to be lower than other buildings in downtown New Rochelle posing to be the same echelon but 3THIRTY3 is tremendous and well worth it.

The leasing experience here is VERY TERRIBLE! You will be told by agents all the acceptable documents that are required. After providing every piece you will then be told that they are not acceptable for bogus reasons, they will ask you to provide much more personal information and even ask you to add a co-applicant/ guarantor’s to be 100% approved just to get more personal and sensitive information to then tell you that you are no longer able to add any applicants or any documents to your application when the online site says you can add any applicants up until the applicant has been approved ! The leasing agents have to be chased to get a hold of ( I am talking about multiple emails that takes 2 days to get a response and to top it off the response is always at the end of the day after

After years of owning a home, my retired parents decided to downsize and move into an apartment, but this is no ordinary apartment. This building, the amenities and the luxurious decor and layout of these apartments is sincerely the best in New Rochelle in my opinion after touring every new building in this fast growing metropolis! Even more impressive to me was the attentative and extremely helpful leasing and management staff. David, an awesome gentleman guided us thru every step of the leasing process.
