Moving into Modera New Rochelle has been such a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Tatiana was incredibly helpful and made sure every detail was handled with care — from the initial tour to move-in day. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained. My apartment exceeded expectations — everything was spotless, and all the amenities make it feel like true luxury living. Tatiana and the staff have been friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make me feel at home. I’m really happy I chose Modera New Rochelle. It’s been a wonderful start, and I’m looking forward to continuing my stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale living experience!

I can't say enough good things about Tatiana Jones at Modera New Rochelle! From the moment I reached out, she was genuinely passionate about making the community feel connected. I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! I was toured by Tatiana and she easily convinced me and I don’t regret it. Tatiana was always warm and welcoming. I never had issues with maintenance or staff because they were always on top of things. I definitely recommend this building. Area is safe to walk your dog at night and there’s a lot of local places around the corner to eat

I've been living here for nearly a year, and finally took a few moments to review this place. I highly recommend and its pros outnumber any real cons. I worked with Eddie to move in, and he gets 5 stars too. PRO: - Newer, modern building, nearly half of what you would pay in base rent in the city. I like how it also abuts a residential neighborhood which cuts down on a lot of business and foot traffic. Also having two entrances/exits makes getting out the building a bit easier - and great for uber pick up/drop off. - GREAT location - 10 minute walk from Metro North and Amtrak (a plus) for commuters - if you have a car, you're minutes away from the highway. - Great staff - lots of communication, A+ maintenance team (I've barely had to communicate with them - which shows generally how probl
