SkyLA Tower

Hello All, Firstly let me say I have lived here for 5 years and most of the negative reviews are from the previous property manager who is no longer working with this company. The current Manager Chiara M. is fantastic and she does an awesome job addressing any open issues. Over the 5 years I stayed there I have never had an issues mentioned in other reviews. My neighbors were very quiet, no packages stolen, and sometimes I forget to lock my car and nothing was ever taken. This building is quite new and well maintained, so no roaches or ants at this property. I will update this review once I receive my deposit back and how the move out process went.

I absolutely loved living here! This was my very first apartment, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. Chiara is amazing, and I highly recommend SkyLa Tower to anyone looking for a place to call home. My apartment was stunning, and I always felt safe and comfortable. I really loved hanging out at the patio area whenever I needed a breath of fresh air. The building and its amenities, including the gym, are very well maintained. The cleaning lady (whose name unfortunately slips my mind) is incredibly kind and I will never forget the time when she went above and beyond to help me when I accidentally dropped my phone in the recycling bin. Overall, SkyLa Tower is a great place to live and the staff is truly kind! <3

The leasing manager Chiara Metellus is amazing. She’s resolved dive, empathetic and is always on top of things. She’s extremely welcoming and always has her office door wide open to greet everyone that passes by. Chiara is definitely one of the highlights of living in SkyLA Tower

I lived here for 3 years at the height of covid and can easily say it has been the most enjoyable experience. I recently move due to unexpected personal reasons but I would've stayed if i could. Besides the building being beautiful and quiet in a great location so close to two major freeways - a huge testament needs to be given to Adam the building manager! He has literally been the best building manager I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had to move unexpectedly and he genuinely made it as painless and easy as possible and helping me when I needed it. It honestly made the biggest difference in my departure. Over my three years living there he has constantly been so knowledgeable and helpful with literally any need and thats been a huge change that I've never gotten from any wh

It’s disrespecting and unprofessional! I showed up on time for my scheduled apartment viewing, only to be told by the office that there were no available units to show. It was extremely frustrating, especially after making the effort to be there. I was told the appointment was booked by an AI system, but that’s not an excuse. Please respect people's time and double-check your appointments.
