This builder has continually failed whether it was roofing, plumbing, bathroom tub installs. We’ve had nothing but terrible results in experiences with this builder. Currently, there’s a class action lawsuit based on Fire permitting and code.
We love our Woodside home in Lake Las Vegas. Unfortunately while shopping in Menifee, the salesperson on Feb 12 had a very nasty personality. She was not helpful or welcoming at all. We decided to leave the models early after not receiving any help from this person.
