BEWARE!!!! Of the lady that has her office on the right side of the office when you go in. Her name is either Krystal or Chrissi, the youngest looking one from all 3. She Lied to me to get me into these apartments. I clearly let her know that I needed a short term contract that was flexible because I did not know how long it was going to take me to find a new home. She said that was no problem at all that Avila Apartment Homes was not strict with breaking the lease and that I would just have to pay a fee to break the lease no matter if I was just there for a month. She even gave me the example of someone living there for a month and breaking the lease and just paid the fee and was released from the contract. Nice place to live, well kept, maintenance is on top of everything, they are fast and efficient. Krystal is stern but nice. Other office staff could use some improvements. On weekends, it's hard to get a hold of someone. Ever since Covib, they went from walk-ins welcome to appointments only, and now the door is closed most of the time. The office hours also changed from 9am-6pm to 9 am-5 pm. For us that work and get out around 3pm-4pm we don't have time to go to the office if needed. Overall, it's a great place to live with a great maintenance team and a manager that enforces the rules fairly and equally. Like all places, there's room for improvements

Barely moved out of this complex and it was the best choice I ever did,I was literally counting down the days of my move out day because I didn’t want to be there no more .one of the gates would always break it was annoying .They would close the pool lots of times and the gym lots of times as well.they look nice to live in but don’t do it ,They scam you by charging you extra cleaning and replacing the carpets even if they’re still new and clean . We lived in a 3 bedroom unit and the 3rd bedroom was a guest bedroom which it was hardly even used probably once every 2 months my parents would come visit just for 2 nights and that’s all , the carpet was still new no stains.no dog was ever there, no one would ever be in that room,and was still charged to replace it. Avila Apartments in Menifee CA is a great place to live. It's surprisingly quiet even though the 215 freeway is behind the complex. The grounds are kept nice & clean. Kudos to the maintenance crew for keeping it that way 👍👍. Lisa, Krystal, & Jill from the Leasing Office are AWESOME! I haven't walked in their office without a smile ☺️. My dog loved the treats Lisa gave her, & that is surprising because she normally doesn't warm up to new people that quickly! It's so nice to have the Leasing office take care of your packages. I don't have to stress about having them stolen or misplaced. Another plus about Avila is the attached 1 car garage to some units like mine. It's really spacious. Absolutely love the apartment complex, staff and home itself. My boyfriend and I lived there for 2 years, and relocated due to military orders. Lisa and Krystal are by far the most professional, understanding and caring leasing agents I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Any little thing that was wrong, I let them know and it was promptly fixed. Any thing that we needed clarification on, they put out very well and helped us understand. Moving in and out was a breeze, and as long as you take care of your apartment, you'll get a part or all of your deposit back (again, as long as you take care of it). They're a dog friendly place, but there's never any dog waste anywhere because they've ensured that there are plenty of dog bag stations and trashcans and their system works! I wish we didn't
