Heritage at Banner Park by Pulte Homes

In my new home for 60-days an over 20 services calls. Now come come to find out there was a water leak since BEFORE we moved in! AC ISSUES AIR DUCT ISSUES REPEATED VISITS TO RESOLVE SINGLE PROBLEMS THERE IS A TON MORE!!! Its been mayhem here since June 30th 2022. I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHSED A HOME HERE IN MENIFEE, CA had i known. Now have to cancel meetings, work and tend to the house. Here is todays water damage... Our NEW home feels destroyed. It wont be the same. Neighboring homes with same or similar issues. Update: 3/31/2023 Here are things to look out for when buying g a new home in Menifee. Our main issue was with the Air Conditioner and Heating. NP Mechancial casme out 6 times to replace heater exchange,r elbow pipe connector, gas valve, and brackets. Pulte Home Care maintained communications between myself (the customer) and the vendors and took care of any issue that came up. Kudos to Brent Felstead and Jonathan De La o for being the best home care specialists that Pulte has to offer. I was interested in a KB home, but ended up with a Pulte Home!!

My previous experiences with other builders as a Real Estate Professional representing multiple buyers of New Construction Homes was nothing like working with this Team. I received regular updates from all affiliates on regular basis without having to ask. I was present at the pre-closing walkthrough and was very impressed with how attentive the builder's team was to questions and minor issues my client brought up. It had to be the best "New Build" walkthrough I have had! Excellent experience!

Pulte built our house on a timely manner and Myniesh who used to be our rep during the building process was very helpful all the way through to the end. After we received our keys when ever we had issues or problems the customer service team was great in responding on time, we specially would like to appreciate Ed who is the customer service manager for the site.

The sales team is great there. Very welcoming and informative. Beautiful models.
