When I purchased my home from Pulte Homes, the process went smoothly and I was pleased with the overall experience. However, things changed when Pulte began building the home next door. This is our second home, so we weren’t there full-time. When we returned for a weekend visit, I found a significant mess on my property — nails on my driveway and near my backyard window, concrete chunks along my pathway and in my landscaping rocks, stucco chips, foam, plastic, and splatter on my windows and concrete. There were also forklift tracks on my driveway. I have photos and videos documenting their crew working next door and crossing onto my property. The sales staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and the construction manager was attentive, professional, and clearly committed to delivering a flawless home. Our home-buying experience with Pulte in Menifee at Cimarron Ridge has been terrific. We were searching for community that could provide distinctive, high quality family-oriented homes at a reasonable price that would be energy efficient in a growing area of the Inland Empire. That’s exactly what we found. We wanted a single-story home but not in a community limited to only single story options. Cimarron Ridge has a really nice blend of home styles that accommodate families of all sizes and ages. We also desired to live in a gated community, which the Meadows subdivision provides us. Our Pulte designed and constructed house is great. Our neighbors are great. The whole new home experience has been simply great!
