I used Brian & Christina to sell Dad's home. I told him I wanted to sell quickly rather that drag it out for six months. He and Cristina came by and went over the MLS for the housing market and made a price suggestion made on that. I agreed. Then came the staging of the house for the buyers, the camera and video views, drone footage and a 2500 word description of Dad's house. The pictures and descriptions were wonderful. Within a couple of weeks, we had a buyer and we were in escrow. A month later escrow closed and we were done. Brian and Christine were there every step of the way with suggestions on how to stage the house, how to fill out the tons of escrow paperwork, counteroffers, etc. I literally would have been overwhelmed by the whole experience if it hadn't been for the help of Bria
