Cantabria Apartment Homes

We have been here for 9 months now and we really enjoy the community. The leasing office is very friendly and has little events for residents that are fun. Despite the fact that there’s no gate, the complex feels really safe. I love the huge trees and landscaping and our unit is beautiful. Our rent is pretty pricy though, the price of a newly built apartment with not-so-new amenities and an outdated kitchen . Still, we are happy to live here.

Good and safe place to live but why is the trash, sewer and water bill over $180 every month, $120 goes towards trash for 2 people who don’t use the valet trash! This can’t be right? What is the approximate trash, water and sewer rate per month for everyone else

Maintenance Crew! Lawrence and Vanessa took care of my "emergency" during Thanksgiving Day! I had my sink faucet broken due to wear and tear (normal in all housing). Juan came in the day prior to Thanksgiving. He didn't have the parts. He said he will be back the next day with it... It's Thanksgiving Day and worked on my sink so I can cook for my visiting family from up North. That's a crew that is dedicate to us tenants - bravo and I applaud the team! Especially Juan which is featured on the picture! And safety first and wore a mask Wow - I thank you Juan!!! *Long overdue review*

Update 01/26 --- As we approach our one-year anniversary at Cantabria Apartments, I want to take a moment to update my review. I have nothing but great things to say about Cantabria! The team and my neighbors have been nothing short of amazing. A special shout-out to Michelle for always being there to answer my questions and provide support. Leah and Mercedes have also been tremendously helpful throughout our time here. Additionally, I can't forget about the maintenance team—they are always prompt and efficient with service requests. I would highly recommend living at Cantabria to anyone reading this review. It truly feels like home! --- We have enjoyed living and our experience with Cantabria Apartments, so far! So thankful we gave these apartments homes a chance 😁 have been here for about 7 months and it has been worth every penny. Staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful. I often forget I have neighbors because it's so quiet around here! My partner and son love it too 💞
