Six Points Apartment Homes

My name is DeanFrancis and have lived at 6 points appointments since they were built. Since me and my wife has moved in it gas getting better with new owners. Right now we live in a VERY safe complex. Lots of cameras and acceptable lean place. We are seniors and that means so much to us. The owners are wonderful and not only lisring to your problems but they react guilty to resove the problems. We gave the greatest maintenance man that's very good at his job . He so pleasant and polite. There hard to find abd he's worth his weight in gold. The young lady in the office also goes out her way to make sure you're happy. So if you're looking for a G

I love my new Apartment Home. Moving at an older age was not an easy task. Erika M, the property manager at Six Points made the transition painless from the moment I met her. She was so helpful from the application process to handing me the keys to my new home. And she’s still available when I have questions. I can’t wait to explore the area when the weather breaks.

I will not speak for them in the admin office but Grant, who does Maintenance, is AMAZING. If I’m not calling my husband I am calling him! He’s very reliable, friendly, and kind! I have never had an issue with him or his work and even around the property he takes time to asks how the residents are. If it’s not my unit being worked on you will see him around, in and out working very very hard. I usually do not leave reviews but he deserves it and some!! Thank you Grant!

Just moved here in March 2025 was little skeptical because the property was not at it best! But now I see its management team is all new and very experienced. They have cleaning crew coming monthly, new appliances for apartments that require and beautiful landscaping. Just got here and anytime I put in a work order. Its done next prior day! Dog friendly and they have tidy up on tenants who doesn't clean behind pets! Manager is very experienced and will try her best to accommodate you as looking for the right apartment. Only problem i had at first was package theft. But glad they called to have the packages in a better secure area! Also can't beat it's right in the center of all the good restaurants, stores and Hardware within minutes!

I've tried 3 different ways to schedule a tour with this apartment because the photos look beautiful and the location is perfect. It's below tier of what I've been looking at, but thought it might be worth it. First two rent site got no response, just a 3rd party saying they'll pass my info along repeatedly. Tried the direct route and got a response, but am apparently being ghosted for having a full time job and they aren't available outside their Mon -Fri, 9-5 schedule. Last communication two days ago was asking what time on Saturday. I replied. It's Saturday morning and I have no idea if they're expecting me or not. Horrible communication! If they're this non-responsive to a potential tenant who wants to give them money, I can totally understand all of the bad tenant reviews about unresp
