Whatever you do, do not hire this company to remove asbestos floor tile and mastic. They arrived hours late with no communication, they sent one guy by himself, and he was severely unprepared and continually needed to borrow supplies from us. When the job was “done”, I asked questions about the condition it was left in, not knowing because this was all new to me, and also because the floor was so black and gooey that I couldn’t enter the actual space to see the damage he had done. I was told it was all good and that everything would “dry” by the next day. Well, the next day came and we found a complete disaster and way more of a mess than we began with.
