French Quarter Apartments

The buildings and the outside are well-maintained, and the workers are very professional. The apartment rooms themselves are well-constructed and have thick walls. Most utilities were included, and the apartment is pet friendly, though there are fines if you don't clean up after your dogs - as there should be. It has easy access to the highway and to local shopping centers. The only downside is that amenities are pretty basic for the smaller apartments (community laundry, personal storage areas, courtyard with grills), but the apartments themselves are a good deal.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy - if you value your peace, sleep and sanity, take heed. ***Response from management says to reach out because they want to improve, yet multiple noise complaints have resulted in unbearable, ever-increasing noise, obviously harassment at this point, because neighbors now know there is literally no consequence for making excessive noise 24/7. Maybe enforce your own rules instead of leaving tenants to deal with constant disturbances and nuisance neighbors??? Is it now the tenant's job to address violations of the noise & disturbance clause in the lease agreement, as well as put in work orders for laundry machines?? What next? Ridiculous. My family and I moved in about a year ago and we enjoy living here. It's located 6-7 blocks away from pretty decent stores. There's also a bus stop right out front if you don't feel like driving or even walking to get to these stores. It's always pretty quiet here but the walls are very thin and I can easily hear conversation's from next door. The maintenance men are excellent too! Whenever I have a problem it gets fixed as fast and efficient as possible. There is a clean laundry area down in the basement and also a storage locker if you have extra belongings, all you need is to buy your own lock. I also love that you need a key to even get into the apartment building itself; I feel a bit more comfortable and safe. There is a built in air conditioner in the living room wall so the summer

I've lived at French Quarter for 10 years and recently my boyfriend moved in with me. We love this place, it's conveniently located to everything. There is a bus stop right in front, major stores six blocks down. Maintenance is on top of things and management is awesome / friendly. Apartments are updated. Great cleaning team that keeps halls and laundry room clean. The courtyards are beautiful and they have numerous Grills to grill out. Very nice and the neighborhood is good. I can see us staying here for a long time

I lived here only a year. I chose this place because it was only options for a good price for spacious rooms in short notice. The apartment is a little out dated. Staff is very nice and helpful however, office hours are terrible. So if you work a lot good luck seeing them unless on the weekend. I never did laundry in their laundry room downstairs, so I can not comment on that. In general these apartments are alright, Very quiet, a lot of elderly. Good luck hosting a little party, you will get notes on your door of disturbances from neighbors.
