She is super organized and extremely helpful. Taylor has closed a bunch of my loans and always comes with a smile and explains the statements in detail. I am a super fan !

Amazed at all of the positive reviews. Perhaps our issue stems from the fact that we're trying to close electronically but it has been one problem after another. Poor attention to detail, poor responsiveness, and their closing software has been an absolute joke. To their credit, they are overnighting the paperwork and sending a notary to our home, Cassie was friendly and tried to be helpful when she was in the office, but otherwise this would be a 1 star review. Beware if planning to close remotely/electronically.

They are my go-to title company for all my real estate transactions. Their staff is knowledgeable, detailed, prompt, and their customer service and communications are top notch. I would definitely recommend 1st Service for all your title and closing needs!
