Lincoln Crest Apartments

Things were great when I moved in but have continued to down. The walls are thin and when your neighbors argue it sounds like they are in your apartment. This summer I witnessed someone that stopped in the driveway, peeing ass up, feminine pad out (traumatizing lol). I had underground parking and it was tight parking. A few times couldn't use my spot as someome else was parked in it. Talked to landlord about issues with another tenant and was told to go to the police. The police told me it's a landlord issue. I asked several times about getting out of the lease due to health issues that were made worse due to living conditions and was denied. I ran into someone who lived there at the U-Haul place and told me I should ask again as they were able to pay a fee and get out of their lease.

I have been living here since May 1st 2024. Here Do I start ? I love it here. From the nice neighbors to the fun summer activities ! My kids love it here although my 2 and 5 year old is waiting for the playground to be finished. I know it would be worth the wait. Thank you to Val, Jessie, and everyone else for the wonderful move in. Oh let me not forget about how maintenance gets to your apartment quickly if theres an issue. I love how everyone greets each other and I also love how I can order packages and they won’t get stolen at least with my experience. Its so quiet in my building. I always get nervous when my kids jump around and play in the house but the neighbors are very understanding. Its so much more I can say but thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

The walls are super thin and the flooring needs updating. You can here every single footstep squeaking upstairs as well as your own which makes it annoying and hard to sleep. The management is good but the neighbors are mostly rude Karen's. I give them props for adding a playground and a basketball court but the apartments need more attention.

My husband and I love living here! We have thoroughly enjoyed our first year of marriage in these apartments. It is *very* affordable for our post-grad life/income. We love the very quiet, safe area, and the exterior is maintained very well throughout the year. All our neighbors are very friendly and we can never hear a single peep through our walls which is awesome! Some of our favorite features: Small storage space included! Two pools and access to an area for grilling Access to a little workout room Elevator Card laundry on every floor Dishwashers!! Super kind, friendly, and helpful staff with great communication Some apartments allow small animals! There are lots of other features that cater to young families and elder folks too. It’s taken a lot of years to recover from the experience I had living here. I lived in a two bedroom apartment with two of my college roommates from August 2021-December 2021. We broke our lease for so many reasons it’s hard to know where to begin. I had recommended living here to my roommates on account that my sister had lived here for two years prior to us moving in and another close friend had only good experiences. Plus it was affordable and very close to campus. We had no problems initially other than the smell was very bad in the shared hallways. The problems first started when we were having issues sleeping. My roommate had a trail of bite marks running across her back and on more than one occasion I had found dead bugs on the sheets. We confirmed that we had bedbugs very quickly
