Siesta Villa Apartments

Worst manager ever. I’m glad I was able to move out and don’t deal with her anymore.

Apartment maintained horribly. As soon as I moved in there were cob webs in corners of ceiling holes in walls nails still hammered in wall then they poorly painted over them. Apartment had a terrible musty odor. No locks on windows not even a latch. We were not notified of this. We went 3 days without protection and we have a small child. Spiders including a black widow were in the unit when we moved in. The manager gave us a list of rules to follow which include no double parking no parking in vacant car ports and no motorcycles yet every one does it and management himself drives a motorcycle on site and another occupant drives one as well. A bit hypocritical. And wife has a nasty attitude toward residents. Especially when in time of great need. Yet was very nice before moving in. Rarely

i liked these homes. these were my childhood homes i lived in 34 and 11, 11 was pretty bad but 34 was a really good house. it's cheap living and i have a lot of memories here p.s the office lady in 2013-2015 was amazing!

Moved in November 2016 fire place didn't work. A/c don't turn off and leaks black stuff on the ground and the maintenance man over filled the a/c , front window missing a lock refrigerator leaks rust out of the door,
