Siesta Pointe Apartments

Been at this Apartments for almost 5 years don't have bug problems when I need something done. The office take care of it don't have too many problems out management and maybe some of these people that live here need to clean up and they won't have a bad review. Thank you, siesta Point Apartments, the point Forgive me, a place to live.

DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS, They do inspections every other week without doing or fixing anything literally, They also do fire alarm test runs every other day that start from 530 am till whenever the office lady gets in and that isn’t till 9 so imagine being woken up to a noise so loud it could buss your babies eardrum every other day ask your self is it worth it? It isn’t trust me DO NOT APPLY FOR THESE APARTMENTS, they do not care at all for the residents that live and pay rent here. I would add the video of the alarm but I can’t add videos don’t risk a good apartment to come here it will be the worst decision you’ll ever make. They also bring these guys out in a truck who can do nothing to shut off the alarms like it’s truly sad how we a

I am a disabled mother with 2 young children. It was 2020 when I lived in the apartment. My best friend was watching my children while I went with my mother to a Drs appointment an hour away. When I returned I had a 24 hr notice to vacate the property. My friend had taken a empty bong from some kids that were being loud when the manager walked up. My friend told her she had a medical card not wanting to get the kids in trouble since she felt she had handled the situation. She called the police on my friend and when the officer would not arrest my friend , she got pissed off. I had to move out during one of the hottest summers in AZ history. Although we cleaned the house from top to bottom, I was charged 1500$ which is still affecting me now. This woman gave me a bad reference although

Just moved in, I got say! Best move in experience ever. The apartment was very clean. My last apartment complex had so much potential but bad management so I am glad to be here at Siesta Pointe. I moved into a 3 bed 2 bath and it is so spacious. Neighbors are quiet. I have a pretty view. Marie in the office is amazing, I really like how she runs the property and she does it single handedly. There are no surprises. I’m hoping to only stay 1 year because I want to buy a house next year but if I end up choosing to stay I think I’ll be happy and comfortable here. The property is very well kept, I have no bugs which is amazing considering my last apartment was infested with black widows, roaches, and scorpions no matter how much spray or treatment I did. I rate this 1 because it's not a good community around living here. There are many people that will be watching you trying start problems and report to the office. There's lots of roaches and the mangers are rude. I would want people in the future to find a better apartment than to live here. Don't take this personal but there are a lot of black people that live here and it just don't make these apartments safe or comfortable for other races. As living here almost 2 years I do not recommend these apartments for anyone.
