Village at the BLVD

As a whole, I love the community. I love that we are able to decorate our front porches for the holidays and the little competitions are fun. I appreciate the events and mixers the managers organize and always find the staff very friendly and welcoming. The grounds and amenities are well maintaned. My only real complaint is a functional one. I love a stacked laundry but front loading washers would be much more accessible and user friendly. The current washer is very difficult to access as it is very deep and difficult to empty.

When I walked into Village at the BLVD leasing office, I knew something felt different. I had been running into delay after delay with another place, but God clearly had a better plan. Mayra greeted me with a warm smile and instantly made me feel at home. She was patient, kind, and truly listened as she showed me the one bedroom model, and answered all my questions. Back in the office she introduced me to Darlene, who was just as sweet and supportive. Within minutes of applying I was approved, that was my sign this is where I was meant to be. Since moving in I’ve felt nothing but peace and comfort. The neighbors are friendly, welcoming, and make it feel like a real community. The atmosphere is safe, calm, and inviting. The upkeep, cleanliness around the The Village is remarkable. First class amenities especially the pool deck, outdoor furnishings are top notch. Crystal clear pool & amazing jacuzzi. The Lifestyle Home is absolutely stunning. I've balanced airflow in new construction buildings and homes with far less features. I would highly recommend the property, I am very happy with my decision to reside here.

The pool party was done in excellence I enjoyed it and seeing all families in our community enjoying the pool the movies the food and just enjoying one another in our community and Darlene our manager and her team did a excellent job hope she do more

We moved in when they opened. We're still here almost three years later! The office staff has to be the greatest friendly, caring, and supportive. I'm an admin in the medical field and the manager Darlene is the best I've come across in 40 years her professionalism, and how she goes out of her way to help in any way she can are amazing. Her team does special events movie night, truck days, easter for the kids, and so much more for the families to get together
