Radia Avondale Station

I recently toured the apartments and had a wonderful experience thanks to Shannon D! She was incredibly helpful and provided a great, comprehensive tour of the property and units. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable and prepared she was. She answered all of my questions clearly and quickly, making sure I felt confident and informed about the community. Her approach was professional and genuinely friendly, which made the entire process easy. I highly recommend Shannon if you are looking to tour this community!

If I can leave more than 5 stars I would. I toured with Genesis and she was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped me with everything I needed, answered every single question, and made the whole process so easy. Out of everyone I’ve met during my apartment search, she has been the most helpful by far. Wonderful Tour with Daniel – Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful new apartment community and was very impressed throughout the entire experience. Daniel served as our tour guide, and he was truly excellent. He demonstrated great knowledge, professionalism, and a warm, friendly demeanor. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions and guided me through every detail of the property. The community itself is truly impressive – everything appears to be brand new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and everyone I met was friendly, helpful, and ready to answer all of my questions. The apartments were clean, well-maintained, and everything seemed to be in great working condition. A special shoutout to Shannon for making the different floor plans and unit options easy to understand. Overall, I had a great time visiting Radia Avondale Station.

The apartments are great with some awesome amenities! Daniel helped us with the whole process we literally moved toured and had our keys within one day. Great experience so far very kind and welcoming staff. Shouts to Daniel again he was great to work with
