The staff are consistently professional and helpful, with special recognition to Kamyiah for her outstanding service. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and provides a safe, welcoming environment for my family. I highly recommend Alta Avondale.

Kamyiah the leasing professional in the front office was extremely informative, professional, and provided a personable tour. She answered many questions and was caring. Alta seems to be a welcoming place to live. The property is well kept and there are built in speakers in the units.
