Out of everywhere I have lived I can honestly say living at Versante has been the best. Not only because I love my apartment, but because of the amazing sense of community and staff. Anytime I have had a issue or a question the office staff has taken it seriously and always are happy to help. I emailed Selena concerning a maintenance issue with my apartment and within the hour she emailed me back and had already taken care of it. Yajaira always greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Gaby and Bri have always gone above and beyond to answer any question I have and all the staff makes every resident feel like family. Versante has been the single best experience I have ever had with apartment living. The complex is neat, clean and very well kept. Landscaping is and the green areas are absolutely beautiful. This idyllic setting is the first thing that strikes you when you enter through the gates. Next is the leasing office and the people you meet. The Leasing Specialist are experts at their jobs and you quickly learn they are the absolutely best of people. Always friendly you will be greeted with a smile and a sincere "how are you?" Going to the leasing office is the highlight of my day. I feel welcome and I know that if I need help they're going to take me seriously. If you want a quiet and safe place to live Versante is definitely the complex to be. Moving from North Dakota to Arizona had me stressed but they made me feel comfortable! The complex and property was always well maintained and them being animal friendly was a plus! I also want to add that this is the first EVER company to give me my deposit back! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the leasing agents was unprofessional.

My roommates and I rented a unit on the second floor. Never had an issue, very quiet and tranquil place at night, security is there and the office staff is very friendly and kind.
