Too many maintenance issues you put in a maintenance request and they may get to you within a month. The water is always off or there’s either no hot water sometimes for days no pest control but your charge for a pest fee every month but they have no pest control to come and spray units some units have roaches. The grounds are hardly upkeep. There’s eye sores everywhere breakers are out Last service stamp in my unit is March 1, 1971, which would make that breaker 54 years old, which is outdated and out of code , also, this thermostat in the units are broken. It’s always set to on so even in the summer the heat is on. wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

Scammed out of $150. Don't give them a money order. They probably endorsed that as soon as I left and tried saying it's on the paper they gave me. I was told in the office by Rubi that it wouldn't get endorsed unless I got approved. I didn't get approved and I tried to go ON CHRISTMAS EVE THEY WAS CLOSED. I GO TODAY 12/30/25 TO GET MY MONEY AND WAS TOLD IT WAS VOIDED. I HAVE CONTACTED CORPORATE. CROOKS AND SCAM ARTIST

These people are kind and caring. They answer all the questions I have in a good amount of time. Noone ever seems annoyed or upset with my requests. So far its been really enjoyable

Would not recommend moving here. Roaches everywhere, poorly managed property by management. Had a problem with an infestation since day one of moving in. Been a nightmare since moving in. Couldn’t even unload my U-Haul, was left renting a truck for a few more days until they sprayed the apartment and that didn’t help at all or made things worse, Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
