Sierra at Fall Creek

This have a gorgeous apartment complex. We toured with Eddie the assistant manager. Before walking into the apartment he was showing us, we spotted one of the maintenance guys cleaning the breezeway. The apartment we toured was enormous and it had a garage attached even though it is a second floor. I thought that was genius and I’ve never seen anything like that before. Also, the dog park is really big! I’m a dog sitter and dog walker so I immediately was drawn to the gorgeous dogs that were playing while their owner sat at the benches. I absolutely love this apartment complex! From day one, the entire experience has been smooth, professional, and welcoming. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has great amenities that make it feel like home. A special shoutout to Mayra — she has been incredible to work with! She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with the move-in process, or just checking in to see how things are going, Mayra’s professionalism and kindness make all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home and a staff that genuinely cares!

I work at an 18 plus program in Humble and we took our adult students on a tour of the apartment complex. The tour was a great success! Eddie Escandon was absolutely wonderful. He was very informative and explained in depth, the rental process. He went above and beyond expectations.

Where do I even begin. I previously lived at these apartments years ago and had a mostly positive experience. I’ve now been back for two years, and unfortunately, it has been very disappointing. The office staff is extremely unprofessional. There seems to be constant turnover, and each new person appears just as ineffective as the last. Communication is nearly impossible — the leasing office NEVER answers the phone, even during business hours. While the rent may seem reasonable at first, it is not worth the ongoing frustration. The parking policies are unnecessarily restrictive and poorly managed. Residents are limited to two vehicles, and there’s no option to edit or remove incorrect information once it’s entered or swap out cars once guest leave. With the office rarely answering the phon

My friend Mallary loves this community. She speaks very highly of the property manager, Ms. Mayra, because she truly cares about her residents. I was looking at possible apartments to move into, and Mallary recommended this place! She let me know that anytime she needs something, Ms. Adriana, the leasing consultant, is on it! From what I’ve heard, they’ve made some really good changes for their community. Can’t wait to schedule a tour soon! 😊
