As a young, first-time homebuyer, I was really hoping for guidance and support through this process. Unfortunately, once we shared our budget, the agent’s attitude changed. She became less responsive, ignored listings I sent, and repeatedly pressured us to consider homes outside of what we were comfortable with financially. It’s disheartening to feel like you’re not taken seriously just because you’re young or not working with a high budget. Everyone deserves respect and effort from their agent—especially first-time buyers trying to make smart, responsible decisions. This experience left us feeling dismissed and unsupported.

This agent was a huge disappointment. The moment we shared our budget, the effort dropped off completely. We sent listings—no response. Instead of helping us find something that fit our needs, she kept pushing us to spend more than we were comfortable with. There was zero professionalism, no follow-through, and definitely no real interest in helping us. If you’re not looking to overspend, don’t expect much from this agent. Complete waste of time.

Blake H. was incredibly rude, incompetent, unreasonable, and overall just difficult to work with. I truly do not understand how someone with this kind of behavior has a job at this otherwise good company. I'm sure one lost sale doesn't mean much, but reputations matter.

I have sold and bought many homes and have never experienced working with such an unprofessional, rude agent to all parties involved. She should definitely not be representing your company. I would never buy a house from this agent again and I’ll be sure to let others know so they don’t have to experience what we have went through.
