Carly and Jim were an amazing team to have sell my condo. There were a lot of challenges with my listing and they took them in stride without any complaints. My condo was previously listed for 90 days without a single valid offer. Carly was able to host multiple open houses in the first 2 weeks and her digital reach was unbelievable! Within three weeks of our call to Essam that we had an accepted offer in CT, our Shorewood house was open for showings and three days later we had an accepted offer generously over our asking price. Kelsey Eckert, in my opinion, is one of the most unprofessional unethical realtors I have ever encountered. She was acquired by my ex-husband to sell our property and upon initial contact did not do a formal introduction, treated me as a secondary owner (not co-owner & primary investor), repeatedly ignored my preferred times for viewings and requests to pause viewings due to special circumstances and as far as I am concerned breached her fiduciary responsibilities as a realtor. I've reported her to her Supervisor, her Corporate office and filed a formal complaint regarding her behavior. I would NEVER recommend her services and do not believe she should continue to be allowed to operate as a realtor.

John was a wonderful and ethical businessman, I left a very high end laptop in one of his properties, but he had the courtesy to ship it back to me with no questions asked. Overall a very ethical and kind realtor. I'd do business with him again anytime.
