Colonial Court Apartments

My husband and I have been tenants for over 2 years and could not ask for a better place to call home! The neighborhood is wonderful, staff is friendly and responsive, the maintenance team is CRAZY fast when it comes to responding to work orders, and our apartment is beautifully updated. Our building is so well constructed and our neighbors are quiet and welcoming. We can’t recommend these apartments enough! It’s clear that the owners care deeply about the property, as evidenced by the landscaping and additions of community amenities. We love renting from Karademas and will look for more properties from them should we look to move to another rental!

My fiance and I rented a 2 bedroom ground floor unit for one year. We were impressed by the sizes of the bedrooms and closets. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. The kitchen included new, full size stainless steel appliances. The underground parking was great, though the garage doors would get stuck open at least once a month. There's not drainage in the garage so big puddles would form after rain. We knew we were only going to stay for a year. Even if we were open to staying longer, we may not have signed another lease because of management. We experienced very poor communication from the office staff. They were late to give us our keys when we moved in and were late again to complete our move-out walk through. On at least 2 occasions, water/ power were shut off to the building

We stayed here for a little over a year and would have stayed longer if we had not had the opportunity to purchase a home. We loved staying here! Responsiveness was always quick, especially regarding maintenance, which was great. Additionally, there were always updates around the building happening, including the refinishing of our hallway and implementation of public grills and new greenery. We would definitely rent from Karademas again!

Very nice property with a management team that is wonderful to work with. I really like the floor plans and spacious living area. Great value in the desirable Shorewood area! I would highly recommend this community.

Great office team which was an absolute pleasure to work with and they guide you through the entire move in. The application process was quick and smooth.
