Mosaic on Oakland

We moved to Milwaukee from St. Louis and was placed in the guest suite temporarily as part of my employment contract. We liked Mosaic so much we decided to stay and moved 3 floors up. We love living here-the building, the area-so many things in walking distance. Management and maintenance are friendly and responsive. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

We moved into the Mosaic in March of 2019 and have enjoyed every moment. We visited many different apartments before choosing Mosaic with how beautiful the building and apartments were. Joe and Matthew have been extremely helpful with everything we ever needed over the past two+ years. They have continued to update the community spaces including the dog run that's in the back of the building.

After living at Mosaic for a year, I can confidently say it is my favorite property in Milwaukee. It's only a short drive from downtown, yet the neighborhood is very quiet. The residents are nice, the property manager is timely and easy to work with, and the maintenance quality is superb. I can't imagine going back to street parking in the winter after utilizing Mosaic's heated garages, which are wonderful. My dog and I have been very happy here.

My husband and I have lived at the Mosaic for the past 3 years. The location is absolutely fantastic! We are within walking distance to almost anything we need, but yet also have the balance of the surrounding residential area for quiet walks. The building itself is wonderful. The management is always responsive and helpful, and they go above and beyond to communicate with the residents. The quality of the apartment itself is fantastic, with everything updated and in great condition. We have absolutely loved living here and highly recommend it to anyone!!!

I lived in the Mosiac for over two years. It's a lovely complex with great management. Parking was ideal. Their location is convenient and especially practical in the winter! I could easily go from my apartment to the grocery store, Metro Mart, without even experiencing the inclement weather. There's a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant downstairs, Blue Egg, as well as the legendary deli, Benji's across the street. Also, downstairs are a gym, eye doctor and pizza parlor. It is on the main drive through Shorewood with drug store, banks, bars, restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Despite this, it is very quiet and the neighbors are very considerate of each other. My first apartment there had a great fireplace that I thoroughly enjoyed. I moved to a larger townhouse apartment the
