Moved out and submitted a 60 day notice, left nothing in the apartment and turned in my keys to the office. Right after leaving, I get a call saying they NEVER got my notice that I hand delivered to Charlotte. Now I get a letter in the mail stating I’m getting collections of $4700 which includes a $2600 “early termination fee” and utilities for dates after I turned my Keys in, WHAT! I think not. Cheap to move in but they charge stupid fees when leaving. Don’t recommend living here. Save your money and stay in an extended stay for the same price monthly! At least they won’t hit your credit like these people! (They say you can dispute the charges 30 days from the letter being sent but they draft it halfway through the month so you only have 15 days to respond. (Also when moving in the

I’ve been here for 2 years, and I couldn’t have more good things to say! I never write reviews for anything, so take it from me, this is a great place to live. Management is fabulous, patient, and timely with any notices. Maintenance is wonderful, and I’ve never waited more than one day for any work orders to be completed. The complex is clean and well-maintained and I’ve never had any problems with pests or noise. Rent is extremely reasonable, especially compared to many other 1 bedroom apartments. This place is truly fantastic! I’ve lived here for almost two years, and any time I had a question or a small issue, Charlotte was always there to address it immediately and take care of us. She is one of the rare people who genuinely care, and it really shows. Having lived in Arizona for over 30 years, I can confidently say this is by far the best place to live!

Me and my husband went and toured a one bedroom apartment and are absolutely obsessed! We had the pleasure of meeting Charlotte and speaking with her as she was the one who provided the tour! She was super sweet and informative and heard all of our concerns and answered all of our questions! The apartment was so open and the floor plans are a dream! Living at one of these apartments would feel like a forever vacation! On our way out we also got to meet Kim! Very kind and sweet as well! They were both a pleasure to talk to! Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a perfect home💕
