Sharon Woods Apartments

I actually came to Newburgh. For work and stumbled across sharonwood apartments. Great place to live. the management and maintenance is absolutely awesome. The place is kept clean quiet great neighbors. Friendly atmosphere. I personally recommend this place after 14 months. We're leaving if I ever come back I will come back to sharonwood apartments. I have lived here for about 5 years I love living here. The management is very friendly and awesome and has made many beautiful changes around the place and she's not done yet. Most people who live in these apartments take pride in them. I was told by an electrician and a cable man at these apartment buildings were made really well, he said that they don't make Apartments like this anymore. I have always felt safe here and this last year they installed on everybody's decks and patios LED lights for our safety. You feel like you live in the woods but so close to the city. My energy bills are awesome I feel blessed .

Been living here for over 3 years and any time I had a issue they send someone to fix it as soon as possible. The apartment are big. The new maintenance man is nice. The manager over the property is working hard to improve the property and listens to you and makes sure things are fix. Thank you Amy H.

We have had a wonderful experience at Sharon Wood Apartments. The staff is prompt & polite and the maintenance was quick and efficient. We have lived here for over 10 years now. I can say that the new management company, has been doing a great job on making this a wonderful community to live in. The location is perfect It is a community that is somewhat tucked away .. The schools in this area are great.

Apartment units are nice good amount of space maintenance is respectful and tries their hardest to prioritize maintenance request the community manager is great and always willing to help the tenants. Appreciate my time here and would rent at Sharon Woods again . This is a great place to live .
