Beaver Creek Apartments

I’ve lived at Beaver Creek Apartments in Newburgh for several years, and it has been a fantastic experience. The manager, Tamara Warfel, is awesome and truly works with you to meet your needs. She is genuinely concerned for all residents and, on a personal level she is kind and compassionate. We have an exceptional ​maintenance team that expeditiously adresses and follows up on requests, the apartments are great, and the community feels very safe. I also love having access to the gym and swimming pool. If a problem arises, Tamara and her team address it right away. While prices have increased i must say that the increase is in line with those of other apartment complexes with better services, better built solid Apartments. We've currently been living here for 4 1/2 years and absolutely love it. Our home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath split design apartment that is much nicer than many of our friends houses, however we aren't responsible for upkeep or maintenance. Beaver Creek offers excellent landscaping in addition to manicured lawns that are maintained weekly at a minimum. We also have an excellent in-house maintenance team that is available 24 hours a day for emergency services and my personal experience is both major and minor issues have been addressed same day. The interior and exterior are both beautifully designed and provide a unique open floor plan that flows while still separating. Lived at Beaver Creek from 2019-2025 and overall had an amazing experience. Rent increased by 60% while I lived there which is unfortunate but pretty much can’t escape that renting anywhere. What I didn’t realise until I recently moved is just how spoiled and lucky I was to live there. Tamara and Mallory are amazing property managers and actually care about the property and experience of the people who live in Beaver Creek. Anytime I had issues regarding maintenance, rent, etc they were on top of it quickly and respectfully. I literally never had an issue in the 6 years I lived there that they didn’t fix the same day or following day, props to them and their maintenance team. I recently finished a one year lease at Beaver Creek Apartments. The units and the amenities are nice, but it's the staff that made my living experience special. Property manager Tamara, and her assistant Mallory consistently stay on top of everything! They are both very professional, and go above and beyond to meet all tenants needs. Also, the maintenance guys, Steve and Grant are amazing. Work orders are addressed usually the same day submitted, and all repairs completed successfully. Beaver Creek has private entrances for each apartment which is great! The manager, Tamara, is fantastic to work with and Steve, in maintenance, is very knowledgeable and fast to react to issues! Highly recommend!
