Horrible apartment complex. Literally worth the money to pay more somewhere else, which is what we did and we only lived there a year. There is no sound barrier whatsoever. Our neighbors were so loud we never got any sleep and our landlords took way too long and too many complaints to do anything about it. Cops were at this complex numerous times. One of the neighbors boyfriends even threatened me and they didn't do anything about it. So. Much. Noise. So. Much. Trash. The company that owns it is known for doing anything to not give your deposit back. Regret ever moving in.
Lived here for about 7/8 months and then had to move because of a resident by the name of Tim, (always sits on his balcony) threatened to beat up my pregnant girlfriend, so we no longer felt safe there. Inside of the apartments themselves are nice though.
Beautiful spacious two bedroom two bath apartments in Newburgh Indiana. The grounds are also well kept and beautiful. Some of newburgh's premiere apartments
