Bell Pointe Apartments

We love living here. The community offerings are great for our family - a playground, a pool, a beautiful lake with a trail, a dog park, plenty of space to play outside or ride bikes. We love having such a spacious patio and being able to use the 24 hour gym and community grills. The location is perfect, and the maintenance team works hard to keep our apartment and the property safe and nice.

While I ultimately do like the apartment, I would not call this luxury living by any means. This is a basic apartment complex advertising bare minimum amenities as luxury and justifying their outrageous prices with it. Almost every neighbor I have encountered, including myself, have dealt with serious mold issues that the owner refuses to address. The only way to make the conditions liveable is purchasing a dehumidifier with your own money, but you will loose irreplaceable items from the mold in the process. Good luck getting management to help you with that! Speaking of management, everytime I go to pay my rent, the older man in his office is asleep. I wonder how much money he makes? In my experience, please be very careful renting here. The rent is very high compared to the quality of service provided.There seem to be ongoing mold concerns in the apartments ,which is very worrying.maintenance and management do not handle issues properly.The property manager,LILI ,often comes across as if she owns the entire property and does not provide clear or helpful answers to residents.it is very difficult to get proper information.The office is frequently closed during business hours,which makes communication even more frustrating. Overall,I feel the price does not match the service or living conditions.please do your research before signing a lease

Kalen, Alfonso, & Lilly are kind, compassionate, & hard working. They are always willing to help. I would definitely recommend Bell Pointe apartments to anyone. It's beautiful, clean, and a great place to live. They have a fun playground for kids and a nice pool.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and love it. The front office staff Kalen and Lily are both great to work with and props to our maintenance Aldi and Jose. Alfonso was even out in the freezing weather with a skid steer working to clear the parking lot! Definitely a community I would recommend.
