Meadowood

I have really enjoyed living here. This place has allowed me to get back on my feet and the Landlord makes you feel at home. The walkways and parking lot were clear during the winter and I have seen other complex’s this winter that weren’t cleared at all. The only complaint I have is that there should be some type of water softener in the apartments due to the limescale build up in Newburgh’s water. Other than that this place has been very nice and I feel it’s a safe space for my animal. Everyone is friendly and the electric is cheap considering Centerpointe is a monster.

I have been a resident here for 3 years. I love it here. It's very quiet, and anytime I need something, maintenance comes right away. The property manager is a resident here and she is proactive about property issues that may come up. I am very happy here!

I just renewed my lease for Meadowood! I've been very happy here. Since it's an older complex, there aren't many buildings and they're all one-level which is a plus. I'm hoping to eventually move into one of their many updated units next year. The manager is super cool and very easy to communicate with. DO NOT get this complex mixed up with Heathmoore. I lived there, same Builder, but Heathmoore is trash.

5-Star Experience living at Meadowood. Property Manager makes move-in a breeze, along with all other maintenance inquires. Highly recommend!

I've lived at meadowood for a while now and I'm very happy here add Marjorie has some done some wonderful work and getting the property back to tip top standards she's also been very helpful for me and done a lot of stuff that made it much easier for me so I just wanted to say thank you I'm glad I'm here let's go team
