Maintenance is slow, pool is closed most of the time its open. Chairs in pool old and fade yellow. Hall way dirty and carpet old. They NEVER shovel the snow. You could slip and fall easily. Really outdated apts like 70's. Rents goes up every year $50 and up. It takes at least 1 wk for Maintenance to fix anything. Depending what apt building you live in cause some are extremely load tenant's. Some kids are stealing things from your cars.

The space was decent for a one bedroom. Enjoying the balcony and the laundry room is cheap and always clean. The people around seem to respectfully stick to themselves

I lived here for over six years and it was a great stay. The office and maintenance staff were always nice and accommodating. I didn't need maintenance but a few times and they were always quick to fix my issues. When I left, I cleaned to the best of my ability and got almost my whole deposit back. The property including the pool, gym, laundry room, and guest house was always well kept. The monthly happy hour and breakfast was a great bonus too.

I have been here for almost 2 years and it has been a joke since day 1. On my move in check list I reported an issue with an electrical outlet and was told that someone would come to fix it, no one has come yet, almost 2 years later. My bedroom ceiling has water damage and 2 holes drilled into it by maintenance to drain the water 7 months ago. When I asked when the water damage would be repaired I was told they don’t even have a work order in for the water damage. My balcony’s support post is warped, still not repaired. I have sent multiple emails that have gone either unread or ignored and I have even gone into the office and reported damages to once again be dismissed. Avoid this place at all cost!! It’s not worth the price!

Boyfriend and I have been living here for just over 4 months. Our apartment was nice on move in and was super clean. Maintenance has been super quick when help was needed and has always given us friendly tips and advice for how to prevent issues from reoccurring. The ladies in the office are super nice and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience when calling to ask a question. The amenities such as the gym, pool, and laundry mat make living here very convenient. Neighbors so far seem respectful and are all kind. They seem to also value their privacy and the complex is extremely child friendly. They are extremely cat friendly as well. I love having the ability to have friends over without any issues from neighbors and almost every time any have come over they’ve given compliments out to ho
