Lake Terrace Apartments

This place is incredible! I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a safe, clean, modern and quiet place to live. The management team really cares for the building and it’s residents. The apartment itself is spacious and modern, with top-notch appliances. The community atmosphere is friendly. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the staff truly cares about resident satisfaction. Highly recommend this place!!

We have been living at Lake Terrace Apartments since about October 2024. When I was a kid, this neighborhood was a somewhat forgotten cluster of halfway houses and old industrial buildings. These new apartments while architecturally simple have turned this neighborhood into a wonderful lakefront habitat. Mark and his team have done a great job making Lake Terrace an awesome place to live. Mark has personally called me to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Misty and Kat are great, they’ve worked very hard to address any concerns we’ve had. Tito is always available, friendly and super handy with any maintenance issues, of which there have been very few. I recommend a higher floor overlooking the lake if possible. Incredible views, and tons of wildlife. At the same time, we are walking

The best thing about living at Lake Terrace is the outstanding staff. The common areas of the building are always clean, Tito makes sure everything works, and especially Allison, who takes care of and coordinates everything else. Allison is our on-site office manager. She always has a smile on her face and a friendly yet professional demeanor. When she is not showing apartments, she is solving a myriad of issues that come with managing a large apartment building. She is a real professional who cares about her tenants and sincerely wants them to enjoy making their home at Lake Terrace. It’s obvious that she enjoys her job and that makes all the difference.

I am one of the first ones to ever rent and live in this apartment. I moved in July 2022 when it was still finishing up. Ever since I moved in I have had a great experience and loved living here. I recently moved out to move back home in Michigan but I wish I could take this apartment complex with me. They have changed management since I have moved in but you wouldn't even know it due to the smooth transition. The staff and owner, Mark, truly care about their tenants. Yes, there are maintenance issues that arise but Tino, the maintenance guy, takes care of it ASAP. In addition, you are walking distance from the Farmers Market, Lake Michigan, Franks Diner (A MUST GO TO),bars and restaurants downtown. It's the perfect location. 10 minutes from the grocery store, etc. Last, the price is typic

I was the first person to move into the new unit at lake terrace. It is a nice building to live in and it's located directly in downtown, you are a walking distance away from lots of fun bars and shops. There are plenty of nice amenities like a gym and bike storage, as well as a nice lounge area with a kitchen that you can reserve. I lived there for 2 years and maintenance was very responsive the whole time, and overall I had no issues with my unit. I moved because of the price, but if you like downtown and value living close to cool places with fun activities this is the place for you!
