Canesha has been amazing from the time I met her. She made the application process to the move a breeze. She helped me with a lot of things along the way. She made me feel right at home. Everyone was very nice. I love the place. I thank Canesha again for her hard work she have done for me. I do appreciated everything you have done.

I love Miss Daphne! I literally reached out to every Bear Management property as I’m in love with them and received a response from one other property but after the initial email never heard anything else. Miss Daphne reached out the very next morning, she answers all of my questions, answers every call and on top of everything else is a wonderful, nice person who really seems to know her job! I got the place and I am eternally grateful! Keep up the good work Miss Daphne!

I absolutely love Daphne! I was in a dilemma and I needed a place fairly quickly and she was able to accommodate me by making the process a breeze from start to move in. She’s so good with people I was able to convince my Mother to move out here as well. Thanks Daphne for all that you do!!

Even though it took longer than expected Ms Daphne kept me informed with what was going on. This is a lovely place to live. The residents are friendly and Daphne and her management team are doing a fantastic job. For Christmas Daphne organized a beautiful Christmas Dinner for the residents. Great Service, Great Food, Great Music and l had a Great Time.
