We lived here for 3 years. When we first moved in, the one bedroom one bathroom was about $1300. Now they are looking to get $2k out of it. In my opinion, it is not worth it. Although I will miss living here, you do get charged for absolutely everything and winter heating is extremely expensive. Some months we paid over $300 for a one bedroom! That doesn’t include the water, sewer, garbage, etc. etc. when you move out, you can expect a $250 cleaning fee although they haven’t even checked to see if it is dirty yet, they will still charge you upfront regardless. I would like to think we were good tenants, had no complaints against us from other residents and we stayed fairly quiet. All we got upon move out was an “we’re charging you for utilities for the past 8 days of December.” No good luc
I walked in to set up a tour and express interest in an apartment and the staff was incredibly unfriendly, and even rude. That, on top of the rents being Milwaukee level expensive for a location across the street from a gas station and some sketchy motels was an immediate no from me. If the staff was that unwelcoming and unwilling to help before I had even signed a lease, I didn’t want to experience the after.
I absolutely love living in this community! I've resided here for over 4 years! I moved here downsizing from a home and alone with my fur baby. It was a fresh and scary start.... I felt desolate and alone.... But, I was greeted with a warm and genuine reception. I love calling this place "home" ... the staff are amazing... they have become my family. As a retired Navy veteran, I've lived all over and I can honestly say this is in my TOP 3 places I've lived. Chris the maintenance supervisor, Kate, Laura, Jen and Stephan and the rest of the staff are absolutely phenomenal. They wave and greet you when they see you, they acknowledge your existence, they even throw special events to show the community love and appreciation. Anytime I reach out with a need or inquiry they are on it. If you are
It was with great sadness that I had to move out of my apartment at the Reserve. I LOVED my apartment and the people who lived and worked there. I had so much fun at their monthly resident events and felt a genuine care and concern from both the office and the maintenance staff. It was an ideal place to live. I loved the privacy and the quiet. I loved the feeling of safety and security I had there. I loved being close to Woodmans and the easy access to the highways. It is a beautiful place to live and there is no other place like it in Kenosha. Believe me, I looked at all of them!!! I highly recommend giving the Reserve a try, if you are looking for a peaceful, fun, clean, and caring place to live!
Pleasant and nice layouts and plans but have faults. Your stay will be defined by your community neighbors. Very poor insulated walls. Doors slam and rattle walls. Especially the ones that have entry behind your bedroom wall. Nickel and dime at move out. Apartment was spotless when I checked out and cleaner than when I moved in, but still received a 295.00 cleaning fee. Never used garbage service since dumpster was 25’ away but still charged 25.00 a month. Jen and Stephan are awesome though. Informed facility for reasons of moving out but they wrote a cya comment on final statement. Corporate fees. Extension of lease under a year have hefty monthly rent increases. Nice place, but finding better communities in the area.
