Hawthorn Apartments

My family and I have been living in the Hawthorn community in Wisconsin for the past year after moving from out of state, and it has been incredibly welcoming. The staff and management team are so friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, and the facilities are always clean. We love the fitness center we use it regularly and the pool in the summer is a great perk for our family. We also love all the monthly free events they put on, especially the food events , there’s always something happening, which really makes it feel like a true community. If you’re looking for a place to call home, Hawthorn is fantastic. We’re excited to stay even longer!

Hawthorn has been amazing! The clubhouse, gym, pool and a fantastic work area and complimentary coffee station are some of our favourite things & management are polite and helpful. Huge thanks to Tyler for making us feel so welcome! The location has been great too, close to stores and restaurants. We’re so happy to call this place home. It truly feels like a community here. We love all the events that are hosted throughout the year too!

I’ve lived here since the apartment's first opened, and after all this time I can honestly say it has been a great experience from the start. The staff is genuinely kind, attentive, and quick to help whenever something comes up. It never feels like your concerns are brushed aside, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are well maintained and actually usable, not just there for show. What really sets this place apart, though, is the sense of community. They regularly host fun activities that bring residents together and make it feel like more than just an apartment complex. It truly feels like a place where people enjoy living, and I’m grateful to call it home!

The management & maintenance team are great! We enjoying living here so much we signed our second lease over the summer. We have not needed maintenance but they do keep up on annual preventative maintenance with the hope of not needing them in the first place, which is great!

I haven’t rented at Hawthorn Apartments yet, but they are definitely at the top of my list when the time comes. I had a great tour of the community—the staff was welcoming and helpful, and everything was well-kept. My kids especially loved the idea of having a pool, which makes it even more appealing for our family. Looking forward to making Hawthorn our future home.
