Shadow Ridge Apartments

After my 1st bad review the manager reached out to me offered to show me more apartments. I was shown an apartment that I was interested in and told that everything in it would be brand new, got my hopes up high only to told that it was being used as a storage and that all the new items are for another apartment, not the 1 that was shown to me. This apartment complex tells you all kinds of lies to get renters. STAY AWAY. Also they charge you and upfront cleaning fee of $180- 190 before you even move in and the apartment when shown to you ain't even clean.

I’m giving it five stars because I love my apartment. Now the roaches 😡 broken gate down for years n years like why you can fix the gate 😡 the dog park sinks bad😡 the dumpster area is a complete disaster an eye sore when you come in the complex😡 the car wash is still 😡 like we paying for all these amenities but we can use them. Like what is the property manager going to do about it. She don’t answer phone and she never in the office like that’s not a things. Walk your community and talk to your tenants

Overwhelming grateful for the service provided by the staff. This has been by far the easiest going and most accommodating service I have received living in an apartment. Maintenance has personally always been diligent and efficient. Vanecia and Jessica have gone over and beyond to make me feel like I matter especially in economically tough times like now. Definitely an housing complex I would be happy to refer and call home.

If i can give zero stars i would they play like they have it together prior to you moving in. The five star reviews have been faked for sure. Once you’re in here you get attitude and excuses. I was promised security, a safe location the gate has been broken and no attempts made to fix it. The pool hasn’t been opened we got emails every other day about health department coming out guess they never planned on opening the pool no further emails since . The gym is closed by the time i get off of work if it was predominantly white the gym would be open all hours Like give the residents key fobs or something they have the nerve to say luxury apartments but manage and operate like the projects. Excuses a bunch of excuses no answers no resolve. They plan community engagements and cancel them left

I visited this apartment complex and Vanecia Edwards was all happy go lucky up until I toured the apartment, it had dead roaches in it. Lots of spider webs , the counter tops in the bathroom discolored! I asked were there anymore apartments available, she lied and said no, there are 49 apartments showing available on the website. She was very unprofessional and I don't understand why she went bipolar on me, because the Nice Young Lady that i met December 1st was not the same lady on the day that I physically toured apt. I heard that Everything is all good until you move in , well I'm use to cleanliness and pest free living and the apartment that was shown to me was the opposite.When I went into the office to get my license I told her that I would go back on the Website and let her know
