Shadow Ridge Apartment Homes

A couple days after I applied, I was able to tour the apartment complex. Amanda spent 1.5hrs with me on my application, and she spent 30mins giving me a tour. Amanda was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my many questions. On the tour, and before it even began, it was clear how clean and well-maintained Shadow Ridge is. It looks like a beautiful place to live and I’m thrilled with how spacious the units are. I’m excited by the prospect of being able to call Shadow Ridge my new home!

I’ve been looking for an apartment for awhile. I work nights so I do most of my emailing and applying at night. This has been the only complex to have a person respond so kudos to them for not using AI. The application process has been very smooth and the apartments are clean and in a calm area. I’m crossing my fingers waiting for approval but even if I don’t get it, I still recommend Shadow Ridge!

I love my apartment; Office staff especially Samantha is very sweet and compassionate, the property is absolutely beautiful my kids love the park, and the sense of community is amazing! I feel very safe especially as a single mom. I can't rave about these apartments enough I've been recommending them to all my gal friends!!

I just moved out after 1 year of leasing in this complex and I had very positive experience. I never needed to call maintenance, management was always there to help me and they were very accommodating before I moved in. Their prices are the most affordable in Round Rock and the neighborhood is quiet and police is always checking that everything is under control. The amenities were clean and their website and office was also very easy to go to make payments. I saw some bad reviews before moving in but after my experience I can tell it was a one off. I ended my lease because I moved to a different city but I definitely recommend. Thank you guys!

Warning Do Not move here! It's a nightmare!! I've put in multiple notices for rats and roaches, I am moving out! Between the cost which is laughable, they advertise with the rent $1100 for a two bedroom yeah right they bumped mine up to $1600 the very next year! Gates still not working. Dumpster are overflowing trash throughout the complex dead plants dead grass patches of dirt. Infestation of Bird poop!!! You can't even sit on the patio because there's a bird nest on every single patio on the water sprinkler systems which spreads disease!!! there is bird poop everywhere all over the cars all the time which runs the paint on your car so I had to get A car wash membership! Police are here every night! Public area and grounds are unkempt and in need of major renovation Pools been closed
