Shadow Creek

Shadow Creek Management owes me $60 for my refund and I have yet to receive it. It's not much but it's my money I'm owed. Especially when I "owed" them money they threatened to report me to collections. I was promised my refund first in September 2025 then was told October 2025 that a check was cut and sent. Never received said check and have had to consistently contact them. It is Feb 2026 and I have yet to receive my $60. There's so much else that has happened.....If I could give 0 I would just by what has transpired since I moved out. I lived there from 2016-2025.

We’ve been waiting months for our holding deposit back and they have given us the run around for months. And when you ask it’s the same excuse over and over. Or oh they’re sending it out right now and then weeks later oh my boss is talking to accounting.

This place is a joke. 6 months into our lease, no a/c . They fix last maximum of 24 hours then nothing but a hot apartment. We had a working ac approximately 2 weeks out of the 6 months we have lived here. Management gives us the run around. A C repaired 070225. 1545 hrs 070325 ac is off we will bring you a window unit. Of course they didn't. My partner with asthma can not take the heat that the apartment will surely reach this forth of July weekend. And of course the after hours maintenance number goes straight to voice mail. I pay my rent so I expect to have a AC.

This place can’t maintain proper air conditioning during the summer time. You’ll notice that half of the apartments have a window unit installed, that’s because the apartments AC is a joke. Our apartment hasn’t been below 80 degrees all day, even with the shades drawn, every fan going, and the AC set to 55. They also had their pool closed almost all summer because they can’t keep it clean so they just drained it and never filled it up again. There are so many poor things I could say about this place, but let’s just keep it to this today

Don't fall for the advertising. This is far from luxury. The internet barely works due to poor wiring in building(verified by service techs). The ceiling in our apartment leaked water in bathroom. The burners for our electric stove were not the right size and would not sit evenly. The car vacuum never worked with exposed wires. The garden hose for car wash center was busted and or cut. The privacy fence around the complex was falling down. The fitness center, mail room, and mailbox area is nasty and really smells. The community dumpsters are always overfilling with animals distributing garbage all over the site. The main security gates are always broken and left open. We even had some car break-in's and one shooting during our short time there. Started to remind me of project housing!! Th
