Shadow Creek Apartments

The apartment complex(48 units) is small but we fell in love with it beause it looks cozy eventhough it has limited parking especially for visitor but it was okay. We submitted application so we can resume with the process and waited patiently for any updates(1 week!). However, after several attempts with some questions, no reply on texts and even my calls. Few days went on and still no reply so I texted the manager(Claire) once again airing my disappointment. She replied "the unit was filled as of Monday"...that was it. I totally understand the responsibility of building management. She could have informed me at least so that we were not expecting. Be warned they will not give you your entire deposit back no matter how well maintained you keep the apartment. I rented an apartment there just for an extra work space. I never even slept in the apartment one night yet they charged me for damage to carpet. I barely used the apartment. A bunch of money hungry crooks.
