Seville Apartments

The best apartment I have ever lived in. The administration is excellent, the manager is super attentive. Any problem you have they solve it quickly. The entire condominium area is very clean, the gardening is well maintained, the laundry is impeccable, I could say that it is the best I have seen here in Odessa and not to mention the pool, the crystal clear water, it is a pleasure to bathe here. This is a quiet place, in addition to being located in a good area. I always recommend it to all my friends and family who are looking for rent.

Great management. Beautiful grounds. Updated apartments with new a/c and air exchangers. Lower priced than many that do not come close to the quality. Very Quiet all times of the day and even Friday night and Saturday-you hear nothing. I suggest that anyone looking for a great place take time to check out the Seville Apartments.

Great place to live if your looking for a nice quiet 🤫 clean apartment complex. The rent is very affordable. The manager is such a sweet respectable woman. The maintenance men are always ready to help and always making sure the Seville is nice and clean and that there’s no maintenance issues! I’ve lived here over a year now and plan on staying for more years to come.

Seville Apartments is the best! I have lived here twice on two separate occasions and I would go back again. Apartments and the complex are very clean and the manager is the amazing! She takes care of business. One phone call and things are fixed right away. They are so affordable I’ve referred two of my newly married nieces to Seville. They have also loved living there. Location is perfect and it’s the quietest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I always felt safe there. I just can’t say enough good things about Seville and how it’s run.
