I highly recommend Carrie Shaver Realty. My house was listed for sale through Carrie Shaver Reality. The process from listing to closing was professional and actually enjoyable. The communication was on point! Carrie Shaver was available and responsive throughout the whole experience. She is a hard worker and cares about her clients. She brought in a professional photographer for the listing. The pictures were high-definition and the aerial footage from the drone was a plus! The house closed in less than 1.5 months from listing. Would have been sooner if it wasn't for the banks. I am very pleased with Carrie Shaver Reality!

Carrie is very knowledgeable about the area and makes buying/selling a home as stress free as possible. Carrie doesn't talk down to you, takes the time to answer and questions and/or concerns, and looks out for your best interest. My husband and I both felt very respected by her. We value her honest opinions and insight. One of the main reasons we picked her to represent us in buying/selling was her marketing photos and proper grammar. I know that seems petty, but it was important to us to have our property marketed with professionalism.
