Olivo Square Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this community. The office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help when questions come up. Maintenance has been responsive and efficient, addressing requests in a timely manner. The location is also a huge plus—convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live, and I appreciate the team’s efforts to keep the community running smoothly.

As far as the new maintenance man Douglas goes he was very efficient friendly and helpful. He addressed several of my ongoing issues at my apartment and although everything hasn't completely been resolved he has assured me he will be back next week and we will get it taken care of. He just needed to order a few replacements items in order to get the job done. Which is understandable. However, he addressed several issues and resolved them on the spot. He was very knowledgeable with everything we addressed and efficiently explained the process on the issues we haven't finished yet. Thank you Douglas.

Ariana was extremely helpful with my move-in. Since I was coming from a different city, everything was handled over the phone, and she explained everything very clearly. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. Thank you!

By far the best apts I lived in. Renewed for another year. Love the management.. They are truly the BEST! It's affordable and my kids love the amenities. Schools are close by and lots of places to shop and eat. Definitely recommend 100%

My family and I have been living in these apartments for a few years now, have no complaints. The management and staff are very helpful, a wonderful team. Can't imagine living anywhere else.
