Today I dropped in on Cavco homes, formerly Oak Creek homes. The sales person that greeted me was Barbara. Let me tell you, this lady was wonderful!! She didn’t waste my time trying to show me what I didn’t want to see or trying to upsell me on an out of budget model. The GM, Fabian, is also a great guy! Excellent PR and I got the price and more from the home than I was expecting! The homes and the service at this dealer are both top notch! I highly recommend Jonathan at Cavco in Odessa if you're looking for a new home. Jonathan was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. He works quickly and efficiently. He is very helpful and very knowledgeable about the homes. You can tell that he truly cares and values his customers. Overall it was a fantastic experience, Jonathan is the absolute best.

You’re going to read this review and think this couldn’t happen to me, but what if it did? Do you even want to take the chance? I bought my house in July of 2022. They tell you it’s going to take 90 days to even get started on your initial punch list ( the list that you fill out after the house has been delivered and you go through and mark all the damages) these homes come with a one-year manufacturing warranty and a two-year installation warranty, we waited until October to finally move in after making payments for three months on something we couldn’t live in. Every room in the house had cracks and breaks in the ceiling, in the drywall around the windows and the doors.
