I had an absolute horrible experience. Was in these apts for 1 yr. Due to moving from out of state the staff initially were extremely helpful and sent videos and pictures of apt. Looked decent… moving in day when doing the walk through, the apt had reeked of cigarettes. There were cigarettes burns all throughout the carpet, there was about a baseball size hole out of the carpet by the kitchen, my bathtub had a massive crack half way up the bathtub which later down the road caused me to accidentally flood out my downstairs neighbors. My closet racks were falling off, there was small blood splats all over the walls (the only thing that would have made some sense to this would be possibly a dog in heat). My dishwasher would flood my kitchen every time it was ran which later on caused a founda
