Great company to rent or buy a home from. Me and my fiancé lived above the property manager kaitlyn for a year and she was nothing but respectful. Showed us a couple apartments before we chose one and she was always on time and very attentive to our needs. Pay your rent and be respectful and you should have no issues with this company.

Working with this company and Kait was such a great experience, answered all my questions with a no pressure atmosphere. Kait is very friendly and very knowledgeable and also extremely talented as she showed me some of her artistic skills that she has incorporated into some of the rental properties with no extra charge! I would highly recommend them to my friends, family anyone in need of their services.

Great people to rent from! Never had any issues. Despite the legend, I can confirm that the property manager does indeed smile. She is actually a pleasure. Pay your rent, respect the property and respect the employees and you won’t have any issues.

Renters be aware!!!! Do not rent from Seven Valley Realty, I repeat do not rent from them!!! They don't care about their tenants, they take forever to do any type of maintenance in and outside the house. When my family moved in and was first told things will be fixed before they move in and they left a security deposit, nothing was fixed.They moved in like that, had no choice. The landlord's claim they will fix it over time never did smh When you move out, they take your security. My family never had any problems with other landlords because they pay they rent on time and don't do damages. This company is pathetic and the lady acts like a child. Plus they lie and say you leave damages but those were things they been was supposed to fix. Just please if you know what's best for you and your

I wouldn't advise renting with them. Without notice they tore down my entire front porch and have left an unsightly pile of rubble/trash and a makeshift set of stairs leading to the door. It's covered with caution tape as well. It's been like that's for weeks. Very odd. The few communications I've had with them have been short and cold. Not recommended.
