my husband and i have lived in the country town homes and village apartments for over 20yrs the ladies in the office and the maintenance workers are all wonderful people they are polite and welcoming people the rent is fair and they allow pets in the apartments and the grounds are well kept i would recommend living here to anyone and some of the apartments come with a washer and dryer

Country Townhomes is a great place to live... couldn't be happier with my time here. Chloe, the property manager, is a delight... on top of everything, ready to solve any problem you may have, and just an awesome person... always smiling and cheerful. The grounds crew do a great job keeping the place safe and looking great. It's a great community!

I lived here for three years. The units are modern and nice (no run-down-old-apartment feeling). Management and maintenance have been competent and friendly in all interactions. The grounds are well-maintained. Living here was an all around pleasant experience. In terms of location, Country Townhomes has easy access to a main road and is fairly close to SUNY Cortland campus. Main Street and Walmart are both about five minutes away (in opposite directions).

Country Townhomes, a DLH property is the go to place for incoming Faculty or Staff to SUNY Cortland. Located less than a mile from campus, the property shares a boundary with the Universities athletic fields and service group. The townhomes are coveted for their in-unit washer and dryers, full sized appliances, two bedroom and one bedroom options, and an overall quiet and well kept community. They are also one of the few pet friendly leasing options. The heat in winter can get expensive, as the units have electric baseboard heaters. But the staff and maintenance are friendly, always willing to help when there is an issue or concern. Happy to chat with anyone relocating to the area regarding the Chelsea Drive community!

I absolutely love living here at Country Townhomes. It is such a safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment has been updated and well maintained, very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
