These apartments are not maintained well. They have the potential to be beautiful places but i do believe the tenants arent the greatest. Some are definitely in need of some work. Some are very nice. I lived in the 700 building when i was 15 years old and i liked the layout. Having both upstairs and a basement made the first floor not feel so small. Overall, if it wasnt low income housing they would probably be beautiful.
